Who We Are

Financials

Based on estimates from similar programs, it costs $250/resident/day to keep the residential program going. This covers food, clothing, supplies, and healthcare expenses for the survivors, utilities and maintenance for the Esther House, and salaries for our employees.

We will be licensed as a Child Caring Agency which makes us eligible for a certain amount of state reimbursement that will vary for each individual and is estimated to average $175/youth/day. With an estimated five residents during the first two years and full capacity at eight residents by the third year, we expect state reimbursement to supply 52% of the budget for the first two years and 79% of the budget for year three and subsequent years. Therefore, funding needs from the private sector are projected to decrease substantially after the first two years of operation. Private sector donations include funding from our annual fundraising events as well as monthly and other donations from individuals, churches, and businesses. Stand Fast in Freedom is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, which means that donations are tax-deductible.
